This Is The World We Live In
Over heard the blazing sun reached across the land with its warm rays. It didn't seem to melt the snow that covered the ground , though, like a blanket. At least at the moment it was snowing, Azizi really didn't enjoy the feeling of coldness soaking into him when the little crystals fell. Occasionally, a cold gust of wind buffed against the newly made alpha's side yet he ignored it as he ran through the territory he knew oh so well. Every grove, every twist and turn, every inch; Azizi had it mostly all memorized. The nights he spent training by himself, yearning to get better, paid off. All that time waiting for more lions to join, watching the prey fight, had paid off. It was time to prove himself worthy of being a king of Yahar Pride, nothing was greater then that in his opinion.
And These Are The Names We're Given
Of course though, Azizi didn't actually think that he was a good cat. He wasn't handsome like all the other felines who walked around, flirting away. He wasn't the biggest or the one with the most muscles. Azizi never seemed good enough, though many seemed to be a-differ. His imperfection was only something he could truly find. He had a weird, but great personality, sure, but that was good enough. For once, Azizi was to be someone else. No more getting ignored, he wanted to be a wise king. It all would start with these simple steps of training.
Stand Up And Let's Start Showing
The roar of the male came crashing into the land as a signal that he wanted a meeting of the pride. To finally get to know more than just Takiri and Kamau, the feline was willing to get on with business as well. Also, if no one had noticed what Azizi has(along with Takiri and Kamau from his first encounter with the two), new cats have been entering Anarakhi. Their shapes and forms not similar to his own and Tigers. This made the Lion shiver from fear, not the cold. His nares breathed out warm air after sighing from relaxing his tense muscles. Along with the new responsibility, he had to watch out for the newcomers of those feline species.

Kamau allowed a small grin of appreciation and satisfaction to creep across a narrow maw. Stepping forwards, he bowed to show his respect and gratitude. The slightly tattered ears folded back, and the tail swept low for the King for a moment, however, when the sleek creature rose again, it held itself with a new air.
Tawny brown fluff of tail rose higher, head held prouder, chest thrown farther out. A quiet air of calm responsibility and understanding began to flicker about Kamau. Again, he stepped back, only allowing his bubbling ecstasy to flicker through focused amber eyes.
It was a strange sight, the orbs having falling constantly vapid in recent times. It was wise for this King to address his other pride members about an issue. And in all truth, Kamau expected Azizi to be a rather stupid lion. But this would not be enough to satisify the younger male, and only time would tell. He just silently hoped this male was a worthwhile leader.
His other concern was on his pride-members. Hopefully they were worthwhile lionesses. He needn't be surrounded by numbskulls. Finally snorting and shaking his small mane, Kamau fell back to his haunches. "You called, M'Lord?"

Anshira, being such as herself, was not at all pleased with having a male about the pride. It could be said this was because she was the only female left with a living cub - if that. But Azizi's precence in a pride she had run herself for most the pride's existance disturbed her. Being male, he was automatically placed in a higher rank than herself... as you might be able to tell, Anshira was perhaps the lion version of a feminist. Except she didn't believe that both genders were even, or equal. She found her sex far more important than the other. However, she had no choice to abide by these rules, so when he roared for all the lions to meet and greet and - msot probably - discuss these newcomers, she quickly took an easy stroll to him. her shoulders rolled on her back, digging deep, as though she were stalking an imaginary or invisible prey. Reason being (according to the 'ess in question) was it helped her move more fluently and comfortably. Those gracious legs brought her, with each step, closer to the two males standing side-by-side. Eyeing them both irritably, Anshira allowed her tail to stand high. Of course, in the cat community, the tail wasn't particularly important when displaying ones dominance, but it always seemed to do her good.
She didn't like Kamau, either, and hearing him call Azizi 'M'lord' made her dislike him even more. Anshira decided to ignore him from then.
Looking into the heavily-maned male, those jaws parted. "I guess we're here to discuss the weird new cats that suddenly started popping up everywhere?" She wasn't one for formalities. There'd never really been a reason to be formal for her, anyway. So she spoke straightforwardedly, cocking a brow. 'What,' she wondered 'does he plan to do, when we find otu what's going on with these outsiders?' The thought, it instantly brough a smile to that feline face. Or, much rather, a smirk. Because her own answer was 'probably nothing'. Because, really, what could he do? Could he stop this odd, white 'rain' from falling and freezing them all half to the bone? Could he stop this new, strange sensation she felt when she was in certain areas, or when she smelled certain smells? Unless he was a God (and Anshira didn't believe in those, either) he couldn't do any of the above. And although one should be more or less worried that his or hers home, family or even life was in danger, she simply could not hold back that selfish feeling, in wich she was right, and everyone else was wrong... ooc. pride meeting much?
